How Does It Work?
Drilling for Access
Step 1
Our technicians start by drilling small 16mm holes—no bigger than a penny—in the affected areas. We then install a pipe system at varying depths to prepare for the resin injection to lift the floor piers.
Monitoring Lift
Step 2
After the drilling and pipe installation, we set up laser leveling equipment to monitor the lift with millimetre precision. This ensures that the foundation is raised evenly and accurately.
Injecting the Resin
Step 3
Next, we inject our GeoPoly™ resin through the installed pipe system. The resin follows the path of least resistance, filling any voids and lifting the pier.

Will the sloping floors be completely gone?
Buildfix aims to stabilise the soil beneath your floors to stop further sinking. In many instances, our GeoPoly™ technology can even level your floors, allowing cracks to close and making doors and windows functional again.
Is the job done in just one day?
Mostly, yes. The majority of our subsidence projects are completed within a day. However, the duration varies depending on the complexity of the repair, the area size and the ground conditions.
Do I need to vacate my property during the work?
Definitely not! Buildfix primarily works under floors, allowing you to continue on with your daily life. Occasionally, we require indoor access based on the project’s needs, but we’ll always work around your schedule.
