How does the Resin Injection process work?
Drilling for Access
Step 1
Our technicians start by drilling small 16mm holes—no bigger than a penny—in the affected areas. We then install a pipe system at varying depths to prepare for the resin injection.
Injecting the Resin
Step 2
Next, we inject our GeoPoly™ resin through the installed pipe system. The resin follows the path of least resistance, filling any voids and aerated soil in the subsided areas.
Instant Stabilisation and Lift
Within just 15 minutes, the resin expands and solidifies, stabilising the ground beneath the affected area. By this time, it’s already 90% cured, offering immediate support to your slabs.
