GeoPoly™ GER60

Australian-made resin injection that stabilises soil and relevels foundations — through coin-sized holes, in 1–2 days.

The resin that’s relevelled 15,000+ foundations

GeoPoly™ GER60 is Buildfix's resin injection system — a ground engineering resin (that's what GER stands for) injected beneath your home to stabilise the soil and lift the foundation back towards level. It's the technology behind Buildfix's underpinning and foundation repair solutions. As the foundation relevels, you'll notice cracks starting to close, doors working again, and floors feeling solid underfoot. Done in 1–2 days, through holes smaller than a two-dollar coin.

Not a foam. A geopolymer — mineral-based, rock-hard when cured, and permanent. Once injected, it expands to 25 times its volume, filling voids and compacting weak soil at depths beyond 3 metres. Within 2 minutes it sets into a solid mass with the load-bearing strength of residential-grade concrete. It doesn’t shrink, degrade, or wash away.

How resin injection actually works

See how the resin works in a real-life setting — spreading through voids to target the root of subsidence.

Geopolymer

Material

GeoPoly™ GER60 is a geopolymer — not a traditional polyurethane foam. It’s a mineral-based resin that cures into a solid, rock-like mass underground. Unlike foam, it won’t degrade, shrink or wash away over time.

What makes GeoPoly™ GER60 different from every other method on the market.

GeoPoly™ GER60 is Buildfix’s ground engineering resin — injected beneath your footings to stabilise weak soil and lift the foundation back towards level. It expands to 25 times its volume, filling voids and compacting the ground. Homeowners typically see cracks closing and doors working again.
