A geopolymer resin made by Buildfix, specifically formulated for stabilising sinking floor piers and stumps beneath timber floors. It’s injected into the ground beside each pier through coin-sized holes, expands to 15 times its volume, and sets into a solid, load-bearing mass in 90 seconds. Not a foam — a permanent mineral-based resin.

The pier itself is usually fine — it’s the ground beneath it that’s moved. GeoPoly™ PSR30 is injected beside each affected pier, compacting the soil and filling voids underneath. As the resin expands, it lifts the pier back into firm contact with the bearer above. The ground is now stable, and the pier is supported again.

Most GeoPoly™ PSR30 floor pier repairs are completed in 1–2 days, depending on the number of piers affected and access beneath the house. You can walk on the floors the same day.
