A high-tensile stainless steel reinforcement bar, bonded into the mortar joints of cracked masonry walls. It extends across the crack and several metres beyond it, reconnecting the damaged section to solid brickwork. The repaired section ends up stronger than the original wall.

Slots are cut along the mortar joints — not through the bricks. HelicalBar™ R304 bars are laid into the slots and grouted in place. The joints are then filled and colour-matched. No bricks are removed, no walls knocked down. Most repairs are completed in a single day.

Yes. HelicalBar™ R304 has a tensile strength of 1,200 N/mm² — roughly 100 times tougher than standard brickwork. The bars tie the cracked section back to solid masonry on both sides, so the weakest point becomes the strongest.
