One of our qualified engineers or experienced builders assesses the subsidence condition, identifies the root cause, and designs a tailored solution with detailed drawings, method statements, and a fixed-price quote for the work.

Drill for Access

Step 2

Small, coin-sized holes are drilled every metre around the problem areas. These holes allow pipes to be inserted at precise depths to stabilise your foundation.

Monitor and Control

Step 3

Laser levelling equipment and digital sensors are set up and positioned on the walls to accurately measure foundation lift, ensuring precise, millimetre adjustments.

Inject GeoPoly™ Resin

Step 4

GeoPoly™ resin is injected through the pipes, flowing up to three metres into the ground, directly targeting gaps and weak spots beneath your home’s footings.

The house is over 100 years old and sits on reactive clay, there was significant cracking on the brickwork. They were able to achieve consistent lift across the whole foundation and for the most heavily sunken area were able to lift approx 35mm and partially close up the cracks which was a fantastic result.
