Buildfix Commercial · Warehouse floors and loading docks
Warehouse floors and loading docks levelled in a day.
Racking stays loaded. Forklifts back on it the same shift.
Settled slab panels, rocking floors, trip lips at the joints and dock aprons that have dropped away from the building — lifted back to level with GeoPoly™ slab jacking, through 10–20 mm holes, while the warehouse keeps working.
- Works staged bay by bay — the floor keeps working
- Trafficable 30 minutes after the lift
- Fixed price — no per-kilo resin charges

Solutions
Warehouse floor repair and levelling, without the saw cut.
Fill the voids. Firm the ground. Lift the slab. The dock keeps loading.
Why the slab has dropped
A warehouse floor that has dropped at one end. A hardstand — the concrete yard the trucks and forklifts cross all day — stepping at the joints. A loading dock slab that has sunk away from the building. The concrete is usually fine. The ground beneath it has moved: fill that was never compacted, water escaping from a drain or a leak, reactive clay shrinking through the dry months.
The conventional fix
Cut the sunken panels out, break them up, cart them away, re-pour and wait for the cure. Days with that part of the floor fenced off, the racking emptied and the trucks sent somewhere else. It works. For an operating warehouse the closure usually costs more than the concrete.
How GeoPoly™ lifts it
Slab jacking — lifting a sunken slab from beneath — is concrete relevelling by GeoPoly™ resin injection. GeoPoly™ SJ120, the grade formulated for trafficked slabs, goes in as a liquid through 10–20 mm holes drilled on a grid, fills the void, compacts the fill and lifts the panel back to level against laser levels, millimetre by millimetre. Holes are patched flush. The racking never moves.
What to expect
Commercial concrete slab levelling is staged in zones: the crew takes a few bays, lifts them, hands them back, moves on. Joints and trip lips come up flush. Perfect isn’t promised — ground and concrete don’t always allow it — but the lift doesn’t stop until the slab is as close to level as the conditions allow, and the levels are recorded before and after.
What it costs
Most warehouse and yard jobs land between $5,000 and $15,000, depending on the area and the access. The one unknown is the void below the ground, so the price is fixed up front — estimated from experience and the averages of thousands of jobs — and it does not move if the resin runs over. No per-kilo pricing: as the manufacturer, Buildfix absorbs the rare overrun rather than passing it on.
If you run a warehouse, a yard, a plant or a dock, these are the jobs Buildfix does on operating sites, without the closure. Book a site assessment and the dates come back by email, or call 1300 854 115 and talk it through with an engineer first. Your call.

Ground engineering technologies
Commercial-grade engineered resins that lead the industry.
GeoPoly™ is a family of ground engineering resins formulated, blended and batch-tested by Buildfix. Density, expansion, compressive strength and set time are measured on every batch by the Buildfix chemists who made it, in the Buildfix lab, so the material specified for a job is the material that goes into the ground.
Because the formulation is Buildfix's own, the right resin goes on the right job — a denser grade under a trafficked slab, a slower rise under a light pier, a batch for deep voids. Read the data sheets below. On this page the grade is SJ120 — the slab-jacking resin, formulated at 120 kg/m³ for the open void beneath a trafficked slab.
Batch-tested.
Every batch is measured for density, expansion, strength and set in the Buildfix lab before it leaves the facility.
Three grades, one range.
SJ120 for trafficked slabs, GER60 for deep foundations, PSR30 for piers. Each formulated for its load and its ground.
Warranted by the manufacturer.
A 20-year product and workmanship warranty from the company that formulated the resin and carried out the work.
