Our process
1. How soon can the assessment take place?
- We will aim to carry out an assessment within 1 – 3 weeks.
2. What are the assessment times?
- Our assessments are carried out in 2-hour windows throughout the day and start from 9am.
3. What happens during the assessment?
- We will carry-out a walk-through assessment of your property and will focus on the areas of concern.
- This will include asking a series of questions, a visual assessment of the structure, and if required, measuring levels to pinpoint the problematic areas.
4. How long does the assessment take?
- Assessments generally take 30 minutes.
5. What if I can’t make the date and time provided?
- We will do our best to work around your requirements, however, we cannot guarantee exact times as our assessors carry out several assessments per day in multiple locations.
